The staff on level 2 and in the restaurant were nice. a member of the housekeeping team surprised me in a good way. They cleaned my baby bottle when i left in a rush. when i returned, everything was done. the staff treated my twins as if they were their own children. It felt special.
The breakfast needed a little improvement. The quality of items was not quite what i expect from a five star experience.

My room was always neat. Housekeepers were very lovely and thorough. the room was spacious and had all essential amenities. i did have a pleasant stay in my superior king room.

the receptionist seemed friendly and professional.
The room needed better cleaning. The curtains had a noticeable odor when moved. also, i thought there should be more amenities, such as a coffee machine and bath robes, standard for a five-star hotel.

the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and noisy it impacted sleep quality. the room's carpeting looked unclean with visible dust throughout. i found it necessary to seek out housekeeping staff in the evenings for service and i expect better attention to detail.
